Agedashi Tofu
Ingredients
4 blocks firm tofu
2 cups dashi soup stock
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon mirin
4 tabelspoon cornstarch and water mix
2 tabelspoon grated fresh ginger
Cornstarch (to coat tofu before frying)
Vegetable oil for deep-frying
2 tablepsoon grated radish
A dash AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
For stir fried beansprouts:
2 cups fresh togue
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
Scallion
Chilli flakes
Soy sauce
Mirin
Sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds

Procedure
1.Wrap tofu with paper towel and place it on a cutting board.
Put another cutting board or a plate on top the tofu to remove water from tofu. Put dashi stock, soy sauce, and mirin in a pan and heat.
2.When the sauce boils, add starch mixture and mix quickly.
3.Dry tofu with paper towel and cut each tofu in half. Dust tofu with cornstarch. Fry tofu in 350 F oil until it turns brown.
4.Place each fried tofu in a small dish and pour the sauce over it. Put grated ginger and grated radish on top of each tofu. Then garnish with sliced scallions.
